Learning Management Systems

One of ASTech's core activities  is in web delivery of training and assessments / examinations. The training includes traditional course content comprising multimedia components (sound, animations), online quizzes and simulator and virtual labs where students can learn by doing. The primary deployment is on the internet or corporate intranets.

Although ASTech has developed its own proprietary LMS ALMS, our primary focus is on providing services in the LMS area:

• creating specialised content for clients
• assisting clients in developing contents
• converting legacy training material for use in LMS

ASTech can assist clients with commercial or open source SCORM compliant LMS systems.
In particular, we have extensive experience with Moodle, which is a free open source LMS which has very widespread use in 3rd -level colleges and also has been used in aviation training applications.
